Don't be deceived.
My brothers & I didn't get a chance to relax at all
we took our diving license :D
So we spent most of our time having classes with Toon Wuyts, our dive instructor

So yeah, the practical part was awesome cause I ♥ the sea
but then there was also the theory
we got a textbook for that, not a thin one too
had to study about pressure, nitrogen level, parts of the diving gear, maximum depth etc.

Oh & I think it was on the third day,
I was listening to some music while studying
then Eminem's Ass Like That was playing
Only then did it hit me what he meant by
''make my peepee go doink doink doink''
Back then, I always wondered how urine goes doink doink doink.
But well, the puzzle's all solved now

getting briefed about the skill tests we had to perform underwater

Saw some interesting things
A few stingrays, pufferfishes, (the tail of a swimming) shark, greensea turtle :D, angelfishes, porcupine fish, trivalies, Barracuda, Humphead Parrotfish, Grouper, Boxfish, moray eel, scorpion fish (extremely well blended with the corals)
It's a sad sight though, seeing some of the dead/dying corals :(

So yeah
we managed to complete our skill test underwater
which included taking our regulator off & finding for it again, taking our mask off, diving without it, yadida
Had to swim for 200 metres & tread water for 10 minutes
the last time I swam was several years ago (I'm excluding the times when I swam in the Bkt Rimau clubhouse, cause the water there is only waist deep. I'm also excluding the times I got pushed into the court 8 pool) so the treading water part wasn't exactly very easy for me

& I've got a short attention span
there was this time, Toon was trying to get me to perform one of the skills, I was busy looking at a nearby fish :/ oh well. that actually happened several times.

Anyway, yeah, we completed the practical part
then sat for the theory exam
& passed :D

So I'm a licensed open water diver now :)

Went cycling with Nicole & eldest bro to Putra Heights. My butt and legs are hating me for it now :(

Anyway, I've got sad news. My second brother lost his voice about 2 days ago. He completely couldn't talk, had to 'sign language'.
No no, the sad news is he got back his voice. sigh.

On a much happier note, I've got my zoom lens! :D

Gonna abuse it tomorrow. I ain't gona leave a scratch on this baby!

Aightss, going to be in Pulau Perhentian till thursday. Leaving in about 2 hours.

I totally need the island get-away/paradise.

had a small audition for our drama competition about 2 days ago
it's just a 10-minute play
we, in unicen, agreed that the story we got was pretty lame :(
but good news is, we have the freedom to alter here & there

Anyway, I didn't get to watch the show cause I had some Program Pintar that was going on in school.
We got back our Bio Paper2 marks for section A, the structural questions
my marks were.. haha okay? i guess.
Miss Then was in an awesome mood, was fun to watch (:

Oh yeah! & *insert curseword*!
I just found out that I went through my exams with my calculator set in the wrong mode, which affects any calculation that involves sin, tan & cos
no wonder my answers for solution of triangles in addmath seemed so freaking screwed
arghh, there goes my addmath marks.
not to mention physics too, i think.
maybe months from now, this will be funny.
but it's not funny now :(

Am suppose to be in Prefect's Council now , but ffk-ed, really didn't feel like going
& nothing to wear for the theme Gangster or Nerd, am suppose perform
but not ready either. Nic & I only managed to practice for a half a song. sorry Kar Yern, if i were you, i'd hate me to :(

Anyway, right, as mentioned in the last post, I got accused for cheating.


What happened? It was our last paper, Chem paper 3, & I really don't remember ''signalling'' Nic ''throughout'' the whole exam. I don't even remember mouthing out anything, whatsoever. It was when Ms Ong said ''okay, time's up. front row stand up and collect the paper''. So while waiting for Jue (she was my front row person) to collect my paper, I leaned on the wall & looked at Nic. She made a thumbs up and mouthed out ''very good''. I replied by mouthing out ''fck you too''. Okay, I know my reply doesn't make sense, but it's an inside joke. (Uh oh, announcement, I have been cutting down on my cursewords, mainly the one the means sexual intercourse. :D ) Anyway, that's beside the point. So yeah, after Jue collected my paper, Ms Ong called the both of us. Said she saw us cheating throughout the whole exam, as in signalling. & she sounded so damn convinced that we were copying answers. wthell (see how i used hell and not the sexual intercourse word? :D ) Gave us like a 3 minute lecture on how she didn't expect us as ''A'' class students to cheat. Well honestly it kinda hurt for her to see me like that, she used to be one of my favourite teachers :/ pfft.

Anyway, what I don't get is why just me & Nic, when there were so many of my classmates moving about. Like the boys at the left were throwing paper, or was it just Darren. then Jue was doing the Justin Bieber sign, which I still don't get. caught the Bieber Fever, Jue? (HAHA cracks me up to use that term.) I mean, almost everyone in class was turning their heads mouthing something to their friends. like how's the paper and all that. well you know, typical waiting-for-exam-to-finish thing to do, it was the last paper afterall. ugh. you know how an eye has a blindspot? well apparently her blindspot covered the rest of the class.


then after thinking, maybe I'm paranoid, but idk, I feel like she picks on me sometimes.
example 1. last year, when Jiek Hui laughed like mad when there was pin drop silence in our class while miss ong was on the phone (which is something no one in the right mind would do), she scolded the 3 of us, meaning plus me & Nic. & she eventually direct her focus on me & how I ''always make Nic & Jiek noisy in class''. wth? (notice the wth and not wtf. again.) that's just unfair. then she made me sit in the front.
example 2. there was once this year. I needed to go see *insert teacher's name*. *insert he/she based on teacher's gender* needed to see me for i-forgot-what-reason. & she wasn't teaching, cause she gave the class time to finish her work that was given the day before. I finished mine (surprise surprise), so I seized that free time & wanted to go see *insert teacher's name*. Then I went infront & ask for her permission. & she asked whether I finished my work, my answer was a yes. She asked me to show her my work. Okay, some trust issue there. So I showed her my work, which was paper2 of something. she flipped through, the asked to show her my paper2 work as well. wthell, paper2 was work she gave 2 days ago. this trust issue is getting insulting now, but I showed her anyway. After flipping through, only she let me go. what on earth, I've never seen her do that to anyone else before. It's like stripping me naked just to see that I'm of the female gender. pfft.
example 3. yeah, the whole accusation of copying thing. I don't see how did she managed to set her blindspot on everyone else. the only lights hitting her retina are those reflected from Nic & I. (& yes, I'm not actually sure if retina is the part that receives the light)


Gahhhh.


On a different yet related note,
I absolutely hate it when teachers say something like
''you A class students shouldn't be like that''
''you all are dissapointing. I expected more from A class''
''why are you so noisy? even the back classes are better''
''I didn't expect this from you. You are in A class. If you're in G class then I wouldn't care, but you're in A class you know''

everytime they say things like that, in my head, there's this voice going
''oh for goodness sake! get over it alreadyyyy! stop stereotyping us, pleaseee!''

Okay firstly. Just because we're in A class, doesn't mean
- we're all the quiet studious type
- we're smarter than everyone else. We just happen to have different interest. Put me in Catering & you can witness me blow something up in the oven. Or make me do accounts, I'll probably make origami with it, which is something I don't even know how to do.

My class got branded 'the worst A class' by several teachers. Okay I admit, we can be rather noisy. But not until the extend we're absolutely disrespecting the teacher. We usually are noisy in between classes or when the teachers are giving us time to do our work. When the they're teaching, we're usually quiet. Yes, some of us may fall asleep(I do try to avoid that in my attempt to show respect, but I can't help it when I slept late the night before & the weather's not helping me stay awake either), but still, we're quiet.

& yes, our results may not be as good as the students from past years, but I mean some of us do try our best, and i guess it's just too bad our best if not good enough for some teachers. I just wish they could accept us for who and how we are.

for the record,
I broke(sounds like the wrong term but was the only one i could think of) a cucumber into 2 with a kick :D
well then again, a cucumber isn't exactly steel or anything
but still (:

& for the second record,
I completed my ''puhm''(haha, sorry, no idea how to spell, the half red half black)
belt in standard 6
for the 3rd record,

I miss taekwando & wished I continued :(

I actually came here to rant about me being accused of cheating during exam
but I somewhat ended up posting my std 4 picture..

then I lost my angry complaining vibe
sleepiness took over
nowadays, my ability to stay awake after 12 is getting as bad as my attention span
i'm getting old :(
so anyway, i guess the complainative(doubt that's actually a word) entry will be posted tomorrow
